My life is different from my personality. It is full of difficulties and hard work. You need to really struggle hard to lead such a life full of odd circumstances. It was never a smooth ride from the beginning itself and till date it is still under experimentation. What it takes to lead a happy life is still a mystery to me.

Looking forward
Irrespective of whatever may be our past, we always have to move forward in life. It is our destiny that something will never change in the way we want to; instead we should choose alternate ways that can lead us towards progress. Time once lost is lost forever and there is no point in moving back if we don’t get anything to make our present better than what it is.

The world is a stage
I still remember Shakespeare’s “All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players: They have their exits and their entrances...”. God knows how and why things happen but it is true that every action has a same and opposite reaction. We should take the responsibility for our mistakes so that we can avoid doing the same thing again and again. Hopefully our future is bright enough than what we can think of as we are dealing with the present as earnestly as possible. It is also true that it is neither the state nor the country but the world that can be considered as a common platform for all.

From the sky and with the stars
Sky is also not the limit provided you are not lost in the cosmos. What is important here is to know where your home is and how to come back irrespective of how far you go. If you are back from the sky, then bring the stars with you because people on earth will have everything else that they need to survive.

A friend in need...
It is time that brings out the true meaning of our relationships... It is time that tells us on how we are related to each other.

Why you should have a garden at home
Flowers can make you happy. Flowers can make you smile. Irrespective of your family structure, you can allot some space at home for a garden that can be a reflection of your mind. Nurturing the plants for some time and taking care of the garden everyday will make you feel good. You will be able to plan and design your garden as per your wish and update your planning as and when required. Hundreds of flowers of various types will blossom within a few months while delighting you with their smell and beauty. Probably you can go through a few books also and consider gardening as your new hobby.

Let there be only one life
The person who never thinks of his/ her overall development in positive sense is not fit for survival and can create enough trouble for all. It is the society and the world around us that has to be dealt with throughout our life for the benefit of everyone. Proper strategy and long term planning is required for our career progression and growth. Most of the time it is because of our inability to comprehend of what cost factor is all about that leads us towards problems. It is very important to learn and practice the art of thinking, analyzing and executing the solutions (if any) before we start feeling on anything related to our life. Money should also be spent effectively, the same way that we save it for our future expenses.

Why some of us shouldn’t marry
Maintaining a family is like running a small organization with specific responsibilities to be taken care of on time and appropriately. It is not that everybody likes to share their own personal space with others irrespective of the relationships between them and are so self-centered that they can do anything for their selfishness.
From a different point of view, it is sometimes important not to take additional responsibilities when we are not well prepared. Executing projects that cannot be completed successfully on time is a mistake. Our life may be moving forward in such a way that some of us find ourselves comfortable enough while being alone. India’s current population of 113 crore is 5 crore more than what was projected. On the other hand, India’s illiterate population equals all the people in USA. Our primary responsibility as citizens of this country should be to develop the existing manpower in whatever way possible and take careful steps so that such situations don’t arise in the future. It is not the children sleeping on the streets but their parents who are equally responsible as we are for their sufferings and the future of this nation.

Learning is also an experience
What do I wish to know today? Everyday of our life should begin with this question. Growth is not only about expanding our horizons but also about improving the quality of everything that we do which requires updating our knowledge on a regular basis. The quality and delivery of the primary, secondary and higher education in this country lacks the urge to teach and develop our minds in such a way that everyone gets equal attention and improves during the process. It is not a matter of certificates but the environment and overall learning experience that we remember of after passing out from our respective schools/ colleges. There are differences between commercial and professional approaches that need to be understood first before we enter any profession. Nothing is exceptional; if something happened in the past, it may happen in the future too under the same circumstances. Everyone has the potential to perform if sincere enough to work hard and has a clear vision and mission in mind to excel in life provided the required support and recognition is available.

The essentials of effective communication
There is a lot of misunderstanding on how we can communicate better; but I think the most vital points are:
1. What you speak/ write. You should ask the correct questions as well as provide the right solutions.
2. How you speak/ write. It is very important to understand the people with whom you are dealing.
3. Your listening skills and/ or ability to comprehend.
Everything else should automatically develop if you are sincere enough to perform.

Performance shouldn’t be monopolized
Throughout my past 6 years work experience, I had found it very difficult to continue working without formal qualification mainly because of certification. I had to give exceptional effort into my job (which is the main reason of my exceptional performance) to avoid any criticism in this regard. Though on-the-job learning process is a must for everyone, it is always a better option to try to obtain relevant credentials from the education industry for our livelihood. But it is wrong to prevent anyone having adequate potential to perform their level best irrespective of anything.
