The essentials of effective communication

There is a lot of misunderstanding on how we can communicate better; but I think the most vital points are:

1. What you speak/ write. You should ask the correct questions as well as provide the right solutions.

2. How you speak/ write. It is very important to understand the people with whom you are dealing.

3. Your listening skills and/ or ability to comprehend.

Everything else should automatically develop if you are sincere enough to perform.
