We work to earn a living so that we can survive. But our respective careers should also meet our personal interests so that we can enjoy what we do. Careers in the organised sector should have performance standards as well as growth plans to retain its employees. An organisation should first take care of its own employees before it can really concentrate on its customers’ needs. Proper career counselling is required to identify our strengths and weaknesses so that we can choose our careers accordingly to avoid wastage of time.

How much we can own
Few people owns their homes only, few people moves a step forward and owns their offices also, few people owns their respective States as well as per the current newspaper headlines and the majority owns the entire country. There are some people who think on behalf of mankind on planet Earth and there are some who finds the entire universe not sufficient for survival in the long run. Individually we can be the owner of a few properties but to consider this country as our own, we should take responsibility for everything related to India. On the other hand, every individual has their own world that exists within their own minds. We all are different in terms of our lives, experiences and identities that helps us to perceive the same world differently.
