Degrees doesn’t certify credibility

Credibility of a person cannot be certified by formal degrees and certificates which is the most important criteria for committed performance. A person who doesn’t stand on his/ her feet can be of enough trouble for all including the employer. An open and logical mind which is willing to know the world around us is more important than a person having bookish knowledge. Sincerity, capability and commitment of the employee are very vital for gaining trust and confidence of the employer for critical projects.
